Terms of service
Last changed: 2026-10-16.
This page is also in Polish. Both versions are equal; for a consumer in Poland, the Polish version prevails.
These are the terms between you and foster.systems Przemysław Łuniewski ("we", "us") for Graphlog Career: the connector at https://career.graphlog.ai/mcp, the site at graphlog.ai, and the Graphlog Career skill and the plugin that carries it. We keep your career as one document and hand it to your own AI assistant when your assistant asks for it; we never send it to a model ourselves. Next to its button, the sign-in page says "By continuing you agree to the Terms and have read the Privacy policy", with both linked; continuing there is how you accept these terms.
What the service is
Graphlog Career keeps your career as one JSON document: your jobs and the projects inside them, your education and career breaks, your skills, certifications, languages, the stories you tell in interviews, and your goals. Your own assistant reads it and writes to it over the connector, and can show the whole of it back to you as one page.
We store and serve. We do not write your CV; your assistant does, from what is stored, on your own subscription. Nothing you store is ever sent to a model by us — the service holds no key to any model provider and makes no call to one. The privacy page says what is stored, where it is kept and for how long.
The skill and the plugin. The Graphlog Career skill is plain-text instructions that teach your assistant to use the connector well: building your career, the weekly check-in, tailoring a CV. The plugin is the skill packaged with the connector's address, for clients that install plugins. Both come from one public repository, https://github.com/foster-systems/graphlog-career, under the Apache License 2.0; that licence, not these terms, says how you may copy, change and share them. The connector works without either. What they hold and send is on the privacy page.
What you need
An AI client that can add a custom connector, your own subscription to it, a Graphlog Career subscription or a free account, and to be 18 or older. Everything your assistant does runs on your tokens, not ours. What your client does with what it reads is between you and whoever provides it.
Your account
There are two ways in, and neither has a password.
- You sign yourself up with an email address and the six-digit code sent to it. The first sign-in is the account; there is no separate sign-up.
- You were enrolled by hand, and an access code is your way in. Nobody signs themselves up this way: it is for accounts the operator enrols, and the way in if email sign-in is ever unavailable. Signing in with an access code offers to link an email address to the account, and once one is linked the account works like any other.
If you signed up with an address, losing it loses the account. Your address is stored only as a keyed hash (an account a free code made free also keeps it for its notices, until it subscribes), so there is no way to move an account to a new address and no recovery. There is no second sign-in identity and no social sign-in. Signing in with a different address makes a new, empty account rather than finding your old one, and nobody can give you your career back. Keep your own export. If you were given an access code, that code is your way in and a lost code is a matter for whoever issued it.
You are responsible for the address and for the client you connect. Do not share your connection with anybody.
What it costs
$20 a year, taxes included where applicable; charged in your local currency at checkout. The pricing page is the price and the price lock in full. Your AI subscription is your own bill.
Who you pay. The subscription is sold through Link: Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company, is the merchant of record. You pay Link at its checkout; Link charges the tax, sends the receipts and invoices, and handles payment questions and refunds, under its own terms at https://link.com/terms. We provide the service you pay for.
Renewal and the price lock
The subscription runs for a year from the day you pay and renews by itself each year, charged to the payment method you paid with. Link emails a reminder before each yearly renewal. For as long as it keeps renewing, your price stays the one you joined at; the pricing page says when the lock ends.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time. Link currently lets you do it in your Link account at https://link.com; its help is at https://support.link.com. The subscription then runs to the end of the year you paid for and does not renew; until then everything works as before. Cancelling does not refund the rest of the year, except as the next section allows.
Withdrawing within 14 days
If you are a consumer, wherever you live, or a sole trader buying it outside your professional field, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the day you make it, without giving a reason.
Press Withdraw from contract at https://career.graphlog.ai/account/withdraw once you have confirmed the address you sign in with, or tell us at support@graphlog.ai, with the model form below or in your own words; we confirm by email that we have it. Or ask Link's support at https://support.link.com; Link currently asks you to give "withdrawal period" as the reason. Any way you choose, you get a full refund of what you paid, nothing kept for the days you used, within 14 days of telling us or Link, to the payment method you paid with. Withdrawing ends the subscription at once.
Once you pay, we email you these terms, with this right and the model form, to the email address you paid with.
If you write within 14 days of a renewal charge, we refund it in full.
Model withdrawal form
Fill in and send this only if you want to withdraw:

When payment stops
When the subscription ends — cancelled and run out, withdrawn, or a renewal payment that failed and was not put right after Link's retries — or a free code's year ends without one, your assistant can no longer read or write your career, except to export it, and you can still delete the account as "Ending it" says. Your career is kept like that for 12 months, then the account is deleted. We tell you when payment stops, and again 30 and 7 days before the deletion, by mail to the email address your subscription was bought with, or for a free code's year the address you proved when you spent the code. Subscribe again before then and everything is as you left it, at the price of that day.
Free accounts
The operator can make an account free: the accounts made before launch, and an account signed up with a free code the operator gave out. A free account pays nothing and is under these same terms.
A free code makes the account free until one year from the day it is spent; an account that is free or pays already does not spend it. 14 days before the year ends we write to the address you proved when you spent it, with the end date. Subscribe before then and everything stays as it is; paying starts your paid year that day and ends the free year. When the year ends without a subscription, "When payment stops" applies from that day.
We may end a free account sooner on 30 days' notice, posted on graphlog.ai and the page you sign in on; until it ends you can export your career.
Your career is yours
You keep every right in what you put in. We claim no ownership of it and no right to use it beyond running the service for you: storing it, handing it back to your client when your client asks, keeping the recent versions, and taking the daily copy described on the privacy page.
We do not sell it, do not share it, do not use it to train anything, and never feed it to a model.
Who can read it, and who can change it. In the ordinary running of the service, nobody. Your career is in a database of its own; there is no screen that shows it and no route that hands it to anything but your own client. One thing is true anyway and is better written down than left out: a copy of your document is written to the storage bucket once a day, and whoever operates the service can open that file with their own credentials, or take a fresh copy at any time. The same credentials can put a document back into your container, or roll it back to an earlier moment. All of that is used for three things and no others: to put your career back after something goes wrong, to check the service after a change, or to answer something you have asked us for. The copy taken out of the bucket is deleted once it has been read; the copies in the bucket stay there until you delete your account. The privacy page says what each of them touches.
The limits you will meet
- Your document is capped at 256 KB. A document over the cap is refused, with its size and the cap, rather than half-stored. Every job, project, skill and story of a long career fits inside it with room to spare.
- Seven versions are kept, and no more. Every write your assistant makes is a version with a one-line note; the eighth deletes the oldest. That is the undo, and it is also the whole of the history.
- Your assistant may make 60 requests a minute, far above any real conversation. The sign-in pages allow less than that. A refusal says to try again later and nothing else.
What you may not do
- Store another person's details. The document has no field for a person, and it is not the place for somebody else's contact details or private facts. Your own work will name colleagues and employers; keep it to what you would put on a CV.
- Store what you owe somebody confidentiality on, such as an employer's figures that are not public. What you store is yours to answer for.
- Try to reach anybody else's career, or the service's internals.
- Work around the rate limits, or use the service to make it send mail to people who did not ask for it.
- Use the service where doing so breaks the law that applies to you.
Availability
We run the service to be available and fix faults promptly. If you are a consumer and it is not available or does not work, you have the remedies the law gives you, as "What we do not promise" says. If you use it in the course of a business of a professional character for you, there is no uptime commitment.
We change the service only for a reason "Changes to these terms" lists. If we change or take away something the service does during a year you paid for, and that harms you more than slightly, we tell you at least 14 days before it applies, unless the law or security requires it sooner, by mail to the email address your subscription was bought with, and on graphlog.ai; you may then end the subscription within 30 days of the change and get back the unused part of the year.
Do not treat Graphlog Career as your only copy of anything. Ask your assistant to export your career whenever you care about what is in it: it is one call, it needs nobody's permission, and handing the file back restores everything in it.
Support
support@graphlog.ai, answered within two working days. Working days are Monday to Friday; a public holiday where we are is not one. A question about a payment that Link's support passes to us may be settled by Link first: Link currently may refund the payment itself when we have not answered within 48 hours, which over a weekend is sooner than two working days.
Report a security problem to support@graphlog.ai too; https://graphlog.ai/.well-known/security.txt says the same.
support@graphlog.ai is also our single point of contact under the Digital Services Act, for authorities and for you, and where to report content on the service you believe is illegal. Write in English or Polish.
Complaints
If the service does not work as these terms say, or anything else is wrong, write to support@graphlog.ai with what happened and what you want done. We answer every complaint by email within 14 days; a complaint from a consumer that we do not answer in that time is accepted.
If you are a consumer and we cannot agree, out-of-court routes exist, free or nearly so. We do not commit to out-of-court resolution. In Poland, the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) runs consumer mediation and arbitration courts, and a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) helps you for free. UOKiK lists them at https://polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. Going to court stays open either way.
Ending it
You can leave whenever you like, and nobody is told. Open https://career.graphlog.ai/account/delete, type the address you sign in with and the six-digit code that arrives, and the next page lists what is about to go and gives you one button. There is no form to fill in, nobody to ask, and no step designed to talk you out of it. Export first if you want to keep anything: deletion is immediate, and there is no grace period and no recycle bin. Deleting the account also cancels its subscription, so nothing more is charged; the rest of a paid year is not refunded, except within the 14 days above. What a deletion removes, and the one thing that outlives it, is on the privacy page.
That page needs the email address you sign in with. If you were enrolled by hand with an access code and have never linked an address, or the page is down, write to support@graphlog.ai instead: the same deletion is run for you, though not by return. Nothing in the service turns an email address into the account it belongs to — the address is stored only as a keyed hash, apart from an account a free code made free — so the reply asks you first for what ties you to the account, and signing in from the address you are writing about is the usual answer.
We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, that is being used to attack the service, or where the law requires it. We tell you, with our reasons and the facts they rest on, by mail to the email address your subscription was bought with, no later than we do it, as far as the law lets us say. To contest it, reply or write to support@graphlog.ai; a person looks at it again and answers. Unless the law requires otherwise, we will not delete a suspended account's data without first giving you a way to export it. An account we end this way loses its subscription and its price lock, and the unused part of the paid year is refunded.
If we shut the service down, we will tell you at least 30 days before it closes, by mail to the email address your subscription was bought with, and on graphlog.ai and the page you sign in on, so that you can export what is yours, and we refund the part of a paid year you cannot use.
What we do not promise
If you use the service as a consumer, or as a sole trader outside your professional field, the service must match these terms for the whole of your subscription, and the law gives you rights when it does not. Nothing here takes from them, and we are liable to you as that law provides.
If you use it in the course of a business of a professional character for you, the service is provided as it is: we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is fit for a particular purpose, and our total liability to you is limited to 100 euros.
Nothing in these terms limits what the law does not let us limit, for anyone: our liability for harm we cause on purpose or by gross negligence, or for injury to life or health.
We are not responsible for what your assistant writes from what is stored: a CV, a letter or an interview answer is your assistant's work and yours to check before you send it anywhere.
Changes to these terms
We change these terms, or the service, only for one of these reasons: a change in the law, or a decision of a court or regulator; security or abuse; a change at a provider we depend on (Cloudflare, Resend, Link and Stripe, or the AI clients the service works with); adding or improving features; fixing errors, or making the wording clearer.
Every change to these terms is sent to you at least 14 days before it applies, unless the law or security requires it sooner, by mail to the email address your subscription was bought with, with the new terms, and posted, dated, on graphlog.ai and the page you sign in on. If you do not accept it, you may end the subscription before it applies and get back the unused part of the year. The date at the top of this page says when it last changed.
That address is used for the notices these terms, the privacy page and the GDPR page name, and for nothing else. An account that never bought a subscription sees them on graphlog.ai and the page you sign in on, and gets the reasons for a suspension from support@graphlog.ai when it writes.
A change to these terms does not raise a locked price; see the pricing page.
Passing these terms on
We may pass this agreement to a successor: a company set up to run the service in our place. We tell you first, by mail to the email address your subscription was bought with. Your rights under these terms, the price lock included, go with it; if you do not accept the change, you may end the subscription and get back the unused part of the year.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you use the service as a consumer, you also keep the protection the mandatory law of the country where you live gives you; choosing Polish law does not take it away.
If you are a consumer living in the EU, you can bring a dispute before the courts of Poland or of the country where you live, and we can bring one against you only before the courts of the country where you live. Any other dispute is heard by the courts of Poland.
Your career and the daily copy of it are held in the European Union; the GDPR page says how that works and what rights you have.
