Is my data private?
Yes. In the ordinary running of the service only your assistant reads your record; the operator can open the daily backup to restore it. The record has no field for your name, email or phone. We never send it to an AI model; your assistant sends what it reads to its own provider (for Claude, Anthropic), under that provider's terms and privacy settings, training included.
Where is my data stored?
Your record is stored in the European Union, in a database of its own. One per person, never a shared table.
Is it secure?
Your record is walled off by design: no request can reach anyone else's. You sign in with a one-time code by email. No password to leak.
Can I export my data?
Any time. Your whole record as one file, ready to restore.
